Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, processing times may take a little longer, but we always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking details where available.
UK Delivery
We currently ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and selected courier services.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping (if selected): 1–2 business days from dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Orders over £50 may qualify for free UK shipping (applied automatically at checkout).
Europe
We ship to most European Union countries. Delivery times vary by location, typically 5–10 business days from dispatch.
Customs duties and import taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
United States & International Orders
We currently offer tracked international shipping to the United States and selected destinations.
Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on customs processing and courier delays.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Restricted or Limited Shipping Items
Please note that Christmas crackers contain a small paper snap and are classed as restricted items by most courier and postal services.
As a result, we cannot ship Christmas crackers outside the United Kingdom unless local customs regulations allow it.
We are currently reviewing courier options to confirm whether international delivery with appropriate documentation may be possible. Until then, Christmas cracker orders are limited to UK delivery only.
If you are outside the UK and our crackers are part of a tablescape or gift order, please contact hello@nobleandnordic.com — we will be happy to suggest suitable alternatives.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
We do not mark up courier fees — shipping charges reflect current carrier rates.
Delays and Lost Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Noble & Nordic cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or customs processing.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@nobleandnordic.com and we will help you track it or arrange a replacement if applicable.
Packaging
All orders are packed with care using recyclable or reusable packaging materials wherever possible. Larger sets are shipped securely in protective cartons to ensure safe arrival.
